Directions for Use:

  1. Close one nostril
  2. Hold the inhaler close to the open nostril; Do not insert into nose.
  3. Breathe in deeply to inhale the goodness
  4. Repeat with other nostril
  5. Use as needed
  6. If irritation occurs discontinue use
  7. Personal aroma inhalers can last several months depending on how often they are opened
