Do you use goat milk in all your products?

  • Not all, but most of them!  Not all of our products require goat milk.  As of 2022, all goat milk in products is powdered goat milk - This is now required by our hospitals and physicians to keep ingredients even cleaner  #stillrealgoatmilk #medicinal #cancercare #pure 

Do you test on animals?

  • No, but we use many of our products on our animals!

What's NOT in your products?

  • No Parabens or BPA/Phthalates
  • No Mineral Oil or Petrochemicals
  • No Phthalates, Shellac or Plasticizers
  • No Micronized Titanium Dioxide
  • No Lead

What's in your products?

  • Primarily:  Lanolin, Coconut Oil, Bees Wax, Aloe, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Goat Milk, Honey, Neem Oil, Turmeric, Frankincense & Myrrh Oil

What is the shelf life of Bass Farms products?

  • We guarantee a one year shelf life when kept out of extreme heat or extreme cold.  Our products are made as naturally as possible, leaving out gluten, phthalates, petro chemicals, and parabens, & groups of chemicals commonly used as artificial preservatives

What do you use to color your products? 

  • Bass Farms is always seeking to improve our skincare products, we use natural herbal powders to "color" our soaps & lotions, such as, Alfalfa, Beet Root, Paprika, Cocoa, Turmeric, Butterfly Pea, & Carrot Root powder

How long will it take to get my product?
  • All Bass Farms products are made to order
  • Creating your Custom Order to Shipment can take up to 7-10 business days
  • Holidays may take up to 3 full weeks to fulfill & ship ... (October - December) *ORDER EARLY!
  • Please be mindful of "cut off dates to receive products by Christmas Eve" - Follow on this site & social media for dates/notifications

*We receive hundreds of orders on a daily basis from customers and retailers.  We are still a small family business with less than 10 employees.  We all work together fabulously, our goal is to keep all production in-house in order to keep product quality control & pricing low for all customers

Why are there no more gallon options available for product selection?

Gallon sizes have been eliminated in all products except Pet Shampoo for our dog groomers

Why does shipping seem so high?

Shipping charges are based upon USPS & UPS fees & sometime FedEx which calculate weight & distance. Shipping charges are subject to change without formal notice.

Do you sell products on your farm?

  • No, our farm is our own family personal space and manufacturing facility
  • There are several Retail Stores/Gift Shops/Salons/Hospitals/Boutiques and more that sell our products;  Find the ever-growing and constantly updated Retail Locations page for a list of businesses that sell our products
  • No business offers every single product/scent
  • The best place to order exactly what you want is on this website

      Do you offer Bass Farms visits/tours?

      • No, our workshop is located on our personal property and farm homestead
      • Our priority is making quality skincare products & keeping the workshop free and clear of possible germs and outside illnesses
      • We honestly have no time for tours! Our farm is not really that interesting, nothing fancy, nothing to hide, it's our production that most people want to see. It's imperative we keep the production line flowing cleanly & consistently at all times

      Who sells all of your products?

      • Each Retailer orders what they feel is best for their own business & clientele; We have numerous Retailers that carry TONS of products and various scent options though ... 

       I think I can sell well, as an individual, can I sell Bass Farms?

      • We only offer Wholesale Agreements to Retail establishments/shop owners

      My product looks funny, is something wrong with it?

      • Certain liquid items will "settle" in the bottle ... Just shake it up!  We don't add any extra chemicals than needed to maintain the product
      • Some products can "Separate" Just shake or stir!
      • Natural products will darken over time, especially any product with Vanilla, Pumpkin, Charcoal, & Frankincense & Myrrh;  Not a worry at all, just a natural process
      • Charcoal will settle at the bottom of the bottle will darken - Simply shake it up
      • Any product with Vanilla in it will darken
      • Any product with coffee grounds in it will darken
      • Bar soaps will harden and darken over time;  As they harden they last longer
      • Sometimes we change the formula a bit in a product; Only to make it even better!
      • Sometimes we change the look of the labels, the containers, etc ... It's still us
      • Oftentimes we are forced to change ingredient brands due to lack of availability, same quality, just different brand

      I'm not happy with my product; I don't like the smell; I need to return it; It did not work for me; What do I do?

      • If you receive a product that you simply are not happy with or the product is damaged, please review our Return Policy
      • Bass Farms only accepts returns/refunds/exchanges for product purchased directly from Bass Farms on this website
      • If you purchased product from another retailer, contact the Retail Store where it was purchased and abide by the store's return policy
      • We do not reimburse nor accept returns in situations where the product arrives to your heat index outside and melts; Please be conscious of your product being left outside from delivery services
      • We do not "cold package" shipments, we let you know when your shipment is out for delivery so be on the look out

        • You may need to clear your browsing history and clear cache on your own browser

        • Relaunch your internet browser and begin the checkout process

        I forgot to add Discount Code, can I get reimbursed?

        • You will type in the discount/coupon code after you've filled your cart in the checkout process. Enter the code in the box and hit "Apply" to activate the coupon code
        • As with any discount or coupon code if you forget to add it, or misapply it, we do not know that on our end or that you even had a code to use!
        • Coupon Codes are only valid for the specific dates; We operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST)
        • Coupon Codes are stated on social media, graphics, BassFarms.com home page, and/or special announcement on the website
        • General Coupon Codes are valued for FREE SHIPPING
        • Coupon Codes have a specific minimum dollar amount/order (before taxes)
        • Bass Farms receives hundreds of automated orders daily, we cannot begin to go back and "fix" user errors

        My Airline made me toss my carry-on products! What size to you offer for travel? 

        • 2 oz sizes are offered in most of our products
        • 4 oz is too big for carry-on; Simply pack in your checked luggage
        • According to TSA.gov/travel ... 

        Each passenger may carry liquids, gels and aerosols in travel-size containers that are 3.4 ounces or100 milliliters. Each passenger is limited to one quart-size bag of liquids, gels and aerosols. Common travel items that must comply with the 3-1-1 liquids rule include toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash and lotion

        • Bass Farms does not replace your "TSA tossed" products! (Yes, it's been requested!) 

        My product was delivered/not delivered & possibly stolen off my property/mailbox

        • Bass Farms, LLC, is not responsible for what happens on your personal or business property, even if stolen or damaged while on your property
        • Once the product leaves Bass Farms, llc - The product/shipment becomes the responsibility of the shipping companies

        What do I do if I feel my delivery has been stolen?

        • Verify your shipping address; This will be on your original order confirmation email.
        • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
        • Look around your delivery location for your package
        • See if someone else in the household or neighbor accepted the delivery
        • Check your mailbox
        • Contact USPS.com "Where is my Package?"  Enter your tracking number
        • Alert your local post office or US Postal Inspector by submitting a vandalism complaint https://ehome.uspis.gov/mailtheft/vandalize.aspx online or by phone 877-876-2455
        • File a police report
        • Talk to your neighbors
        • Most deliveries are now photographed by the deliverer, once your package arrives at your property, the products are no longer the responsibility of Bass Farms. We will not reimburse or re-order missing product delivery

        My products arrived melted?

        • If your delivery state is going through extreme temperatures, it's best to wait to order!
        • Creams, Ointments, and Candles are the products that can truly become liquid
        • We do not ship in "cold packs"
        • We do not accept returns for these products
        • We cannot guarantee any type of "melting state" as we do not know how long your delivery may sit outside of your delivery address

        RETURN PROCEDURE

        • Notification of returns must be completed within 30 days of shipment date from Bass Farms
        • Contact us to notify of your reason to return the product & to request our Return Shipping address
        • If product arrives damaged, please take pictures so we can document for shipping claims
        • Please return any unused portion of the product in its original container
        • Include your Name, Email Address, Shipping Address & Original Order Invoice
        • Bass Farms is not responsible for return shipping charges
        • Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks processing
        • Refunds, if warranted, will be issued as a Digital Gift Card to be used on BassFarms.com in the amount of the product purchase price, excluding shipping fees

        I'm concerned about my personal information being shared when I submit information 

        • We will never ever share your personal/billing information with anyone or any business or anything unless you give us explicit permission
        • If you post something on our Social Media pages, we cannot guarantee your privacy on our public business page

          I hear there's a Discount Code for Triple B Hydrating Cream, I want to order some for my friend or family

          • The discount coupon code must be requested by the patient via the Contact Us form
          • This is a courtesy for the patient for Radiation Therapy/Chemotherapy preparation, duration treatment, and after treatment
          • Why? We've had numerous requests for the discount that are not actually cancer patients; Again, this is a courtesy for those in immediate need. Bass Farms is very generous, and being taken advantage of that giving has forced us to operate this Discount Code in this manner
