Return Policy

Did you purchase from this website?  Or from another Retailer that sells Bass Farms products?

  • Bass Farms only accepts returns from purchases ordered from this online store (BassFarms.com)
  • Any Bass Farms product purchased from a Retail Store should be addressed at said Retail Store with your receipt from them.  Contact the store directly to be notified of their return policy and procedures
  • Bass Farms products are distributed to numerous Retail Locations throughout the US - Each location abides by its own definitive return policy

 

RETURN PROCEDURE for online orders directly from Bass Farms website

Refunds only on items that have not been opened and used.  Due to hygiene standards, we cannot re-sell used skincare products

  1. Notification of return must be complete within 30 days of shipment date from Bass Farms
  2. Complete the Contact Form to notify Bass Farms, LLC of the reason for the return and to request our Return Shipping Address
  3. If a Bass Farms product arrives damaged, please take pictures so we can document USPS shipping claims
  4. Please return any unused portion of the product in its original container
  5. Include your Name, Email Address, & Shipping Address from the original order invoice
  6. Bass Farms is not responsible for return shipping fees
  7. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks processing
  8. Refunds will be issued in the amount of the product purchase price, excluding shipping
