Return Policy

Did you purchase from this website? Or from another Retailer that sells Bass Farms products?

Any Bass Farms product purchased from a retail shop needs to be addressed with that particular shop & their own Return Policy, please contact the shop directly.

  • Bass Farms does not refund nor accept returns of products purchased somewhere else other than BassFarms.com
  • Not liking a scent that you selected does not qualify for a return. Just gift it to someone that would appreciate it!
  • If unsure of a scent, please purchase a sample size (2oz) first
  • We do not reimburse for "melted" products; If its hot in your delivery area, be aware of the shipment date we send you!

  • Bass Farms, LLC does not issue cash/credit card returns
  • Accepted returns are reimbursed with a BassFarms.com Digital Gift Card
  • Returns are only accepted from products purchased through BassFarms.com website; not any other Retail location you may have purchased from 

1.  Returns must be made within 30 business days of receipt of product delivery

2.  Please include a copy of the original sale invoice (check your email), along with the reason for return 

3.  Full credit only given to unopened, unused product in its originally sealed packaging*

4.  You are responsible for the return shipping charges, Bass Farms does not reimburse shipping fees 

5. Do not return COD, the package will not be accepted

6. Record your tracking number; we cannot begin the return process until our business office confirms receipt of the package

7. Returns (of product purchased) will be credited to the ordering email with a BassFarms.com Digital Gift Card for the original purchase amount of the product returned - Shipping is not reimbursed

8. BASS FARMS DIGITAL GIFT CARD emailed of returned product(s) only for use at BassFarms.com (5-year expiration date)

9. Empty containers of any product are not accepted for any return - You've already used it all up!
