Return Policy

Not liking a scent that you selected does not qualify for a return. If unsure of a scent, please purchase a sample size (2oz) first.  We do not reimburse for "melted" products.

Did you purchase from this website?  Or from another Retailer that sells Bass Farms products?

  • Any Bass Farms product purchased from any other retail store should be addressed that particular shop
  • Contact the shop you purchased from directly to learn of their return policy and procedures || Return/Exchange Policy

  • Bass Farms, LLC does not issue cash/credit returns
  • Accepted returns are reimbursed with a Digital Gift Card
  • Returns are only accepted from products purchased through website 

1.  Returns must be made within 30 business days of receipt of product delivery

2.  Include a copy of the Bass Farms invoice (sales invoice delivered to your email upon every order) with the reason for return

3.  It is preferable the product be unopened and unused in its original packaging

4.  You are responsible for the return shipping charges, Bass Farms does not reimburse returned shipping fees 

5. Do not return COD, the package will not be accepted

6. Record your tracking number; We cannot begin the return process until our business office confirms receipt of the package

7. Returns will be credited with a Digital Gift Card for the original purchase amount of the product returned.  The gift card will be emailed to the invoice email from the original order of the returned item

8. BASS FARMS DIGITAL GIFT CARD for use only at (5-year expiration date)

9.  Empty containers of any product are not accepted for a return
