You're getting the right amount! More than you paid for!

Recently had a customer send an email asking for "more product" in her BBB jar. 

You ARE getting the exact amount (4oz, 8oz, 16oz, etc) ... and probably just a bit more! Products are fluid and "mobile" ... oftentimes, through the shifting and shipping process the product will settle to one side or the other. Just give it a good shake, bobble, slight bang on the counter or table, it will settle as "look" as if it's full :) ... It's more than full. It's more than the actual ounce in measurement. 

Bass Farms will never, and has never, shorted any customer on any product. We never will. In fact, we're overly careful to make sure you get exactly, if not more, than you ordered.
